What is the full form of COO?

The COO full form is Chief Operating Officer. The COO is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the company. The COO reports directly to the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and is considered the CEO’s right-hand man. In some companies, the COO is also identified as the Executive Vice President of Operations.

  • Participating actively in all organizational choices will provide success and foster leadership and ownership.
  • Participation in the development of the budget preparation exercise with the active assistance of the CEO and COO, and their frequent evaluation to determine the activity’s progress and challenges.
