The COO full form is Chief Operating Officer. The COO is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the company. The COO reports directly to the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and is considered the CEO’s right-hand man. In some companies, the COO is also identified as the Executive Vice President of Operations.
